1. Services Offered

We provide graffiti removal, anti-graffiti coatings, high-pressure cleaning, paint stripping, window stripping, poster removal, and related property cleaning services for residential, commercial, and vehicle surfaces across Melbourne and surrounding suburbs.

2. Quotes, Bookings & Cancellations

  • Quotes: All quotes are free, valid for 30 days, and based on the information provided by the customer. Additional charges may apply if scope or conditions change.

  • Booking Confirmation: Bookings are confirmed once you accept our quote and provide required details. Bookings are subject to availability.

  • Cancellations/Rescheduling: Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may incur a fee.

3. Payment Terms

  • Payment Methods: We accept EFTPOS, bank transfer, and major credit cards. Payment is due on completion of service unless arranged otherwise.

  • Overdue Accounts: Invoices unpaid after 14 days may attract late fees or collection costs.

4. Service Warranty & Limitations

  • Results: While we use professional-grade products and methods, the results of graffiti removal and cleaning can vary based on surface material, age, previous treatments, and extent of graffiti or staining.

  • Damage Waiver: We take great care but are not responsible for pre-existing damage, poorly maintained surfaces, or damage caused by improper materials or methods previously applied by others.

  • Anti-Graffiti Coatings: Our coatings are warrantied for up to 4-5 years under normal environmental conditions. Wear and tear, vandalism, or improper cleaning may reduce lifespan.

5. Customer Responsibilities

  • Ensure our team has clear, safe access to the work area on the scheduled day.

  • Notify us of any known surface sensitivities, previous coatings, or hazards.

  • Remove valuables and items from the area to be treated.

6. Liability

  • To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.

  • We are not liable for consequential loss, damage, or injury resulting from the use of our services.
